  1. Good for light cardio but some drawbacks

    This doesn't provide for a good workout, but is decent for light cardio while watching TV or on lunch breaks at the office. I can feel a little burning of calories about 30 minutes into using it. I could see this as a good rehab tool but not so much if you're looking to get into shape. The drawbacks are the feet the easily rotate so it can be frustrating to keep it still and when I set on a table to use for arms I saw the device wasn't level so it would rock back and forth some. You get what you pay for.

    I was replacing a more expensive exercise cycle and was a bit disappointed with this product. Since it is not really a geared pedal movement, it is a little jerky and difficult to get a smooth motion. The center cylinder does get really hot so would not recommend this for anyone with small children around who might get curious. Considering the price it is an okay product. I have a feeling it won't really last for years, but again that's not so bad with the low cost.

    For years I have considered buying an excercise bike but have waited because I am afraid it will wind up collecting dust in the garage instead of getting used. With this smaller version, you can sit in any chair and peddle away while reading a book or watching TV. It doesn't take up much space and this makes it easy to store next to a chair or table.
    The only downside is that you can not adjust the tension very much, but that does make it easy to peddle for longer periods and still get some excercise for your legs.

    This is an excellent product for an older less mobile person. My mom broke her hip and cannot get on a stationery bike anymore. This is perfect for her. She can sit in a comfortable chair and excersize her arms and her legs.
