   It worked fine for a month or two but after about two months of being used 2-3 times a week, the pedal assembly broke. Very low quality manufacturing. I would definitely recommend against this product.

   I am very happy with the purchase. It was easy to put together and I was riding it almost immediately. This was a GREAT price for this bike as I priced this very bike at two other locations (one being a "second hand" sports equipment store) and this price was far less. Plus i got free shipping AND no tax AND 6 months same as cash.
   
   The bike itself is comfortable, has a good variety of programs and the seat is very comfortable. The bike rides VERY smoothly and quietly. My only slight negative would be that the screen can be difficult to read in the wrong light or low light. Other than that...a WINNER on Schwinn Active 20 Recumbent Bike!

   I love it! A female neighbor put it together for me in about an hour!
   
   I am short and petite and old.
   
   And getting shorter.
   
   I am a woman who is about 5"1", but even with a fancy machine at physical therapy, they move me up even closer, so I guess I count as 5"0" or even less on a recumbent bike. The bike turns out to be able to accommodate my shortness, and would work for even shorter people.
   
   I fractured my spine and really needed some back-friendly exercise for home.
   
   I can't read what is on the computer for setting up goals or selecting programs, and the included instruction have no picture of what is what on the screen, so that part is useless, so far. The heart rate monitor does a pretty good job and seems to come on no matter what random program you might wind up in.

   the bike went together easily ... and is easy to use
   
   I can't say that I expect much from this bike other than it not get wobbly over time ... the controls are not the easiest to use, but that's not tops on my list ... I really just want to sit down, pedal and go ... it tells me how long I've been riding and gives me a calorie count (although I doubt its accuracy)
   
   good bike ... and I got it for $100 less than at Dick's website ... so that's good
