   Bike was delivered on time. However it was obvious by condition of box that something was going to be broken. Upon inspection of bike, area where box was smashed, bike wheel was broken. This however had nothing with the actual product as much as the company used for shipping. Once a replacement wheel was sent, the bike worked perfectly.

   
   

2. Great bike, just hope you don't have to deal with customer service

   First, I will start out with the positives. It is well made, sturdy and absolutely quiet! I can't believe how quiet this thing is, and it is a nice size, just right. I have no problems reading the display, it is great for me. I also am 5'9" and do not come close to hitting the handlebars nor do I feel cramped, after all it is a work out bike not a recliner. I have no problem with the seat squeaking, I do however find the seat uncomfortable after five minutes of riding, of course every bike I have ever owned has this same problem. I love that I can do custome workouts and after five minutes of playing around and reading the manual I had made my own program which I use every morning. I find the interface very easy to use and very easy to read.
   
   Now, lets get to the negative which has nothing to do with the bike itself! God help you if you have to deal with customer service! Like many, when mine arrived the plastic piece on the front stabilizer had been broken into a 100 pieces. I said OK, things happen let's call customer service. I call and they tell me to send a request for the part with my proof of purchase to an email address. I ask " will anyone let me know if they have gotten my email?" no she says we dont do that. I ask , well how do I know if you got it? "you'll have your part in five-seven days" she says. So I said to myself Ok give them a change. So I send the information to the emai address I was TOLD and paitently wait 10 days, no part. I call back and the same lady says" oh well thats because we never got your email" so now im annoyed, they didnt get my email but yet their policy is they wont tell you if they got it or not? great huh? I said "well the email went through and wasnt sent back" and she tells me to read her the addresss back(should she not have done that in the first place?) so I do and she says, no no theres no S at the end of product. I laugh cause now im steamed so I make her stay on the line and confirm that they recieve the email and she does, so it seems they can confirm the email made it but only after youve been screwed over and waited 10 days. She then says Ill have my part in , you guessed it 5-7 days. So not being pleased with this my fiance writes the cs a letter. We get a respongs" your part is out of stock and will be for another 2 weeks". Thats funny, I just talked to the lady on the phone and she never mentioned that, she said again 5-7 days! I dont appreciate being lied to and having to wait a month to recieve a broken part on a 300 dollar bike.
   
   Eventually I got the part. So in summmary, the bike is awesome the customer service is shady thats why I only gave it a 4.

   
   

3. Great Bike.

   The heartbeat sensor would not work at first. I finally found out where to connect the plug and it works now. The Assembly Manual that I received didn't show where to plug the heartbeat sensor. I have included a picture in customer images showing where to connect the heartbeat sensor plug. With the sensor now working I tested out the bike which worked great! I'm 6' 2" with about a 33 1/2" inseam and my knees never hit the bars. I was worried about ordering the bike because of some of the reviews were claiming this bike is not for people over 5' 9". The quality is very solid, but my wife and I have only put about an hour of use on it so far. The LCD display is bright and easy to read. The bike is very easy to move around. My wife is 5' 6" 125lbs, and can move it with ease. The manual shows you the proper way to move it, I was doing it the hard way at first. Overall I'm very impressed and hope the quality lasts over hours of use.

   
   

4. Great Exercise bike

   This bike is very easy to use and it is also very quite. I like to exercise early in the morning and I did not want to wake everyone up. it is easy to set up the controls and use them. My only complaint is that the power cord is very flimsy and not in a great spot - very easy to trip over. Overall, for the price, a nice piece of equipment. By the way, my husband assembled it in about 40 minutes and he did not have any problems.

   
   

5. Overall good bike - noisy seat

   We bought the bike a couple of months ago. Overall we are pleased with the bike. If you are 6' or over, your knees may hit the handlebars. And the seat...not to comfortable and sqweeks for most of the ride (no matter what size you are and no matter how tight you try to make it, the seat swivels). Except for the seat, the bike is a quiet ride. Now we need to order a new seat that will be comfortable and not noisy as the one that comes with the bike. Overall it is a good bike and exercise is a necessity.
